Delivery information and timelines
Processing & Shipping Times
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is dispatched.
Delivery within India takes 5–7 business days via trusted courier partners. Free shipping on orders above ₹1,000.
International orders take 7–14 business days depending on destination and customs clearance. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Customs duties, if applicable, are the buyer's responsibility.
Packaging & Tracking
Each artwork is carefully wrapped in acid-free tissue paper, bubble-wrapped, and placed in a custom-sized cardboard box with corner protectors. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched.
Damaged or Lost Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost. For lost shipments, we will initiate an investigation with the courier partner and keep you informed throughout the process.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to all countries. However, certain remote locations or regions with customs restrictions may experience delays. We reserve the right to cancel orders if shipping to a restricted destination. For any questions, contact us before placing your order.
